What the houses here are actually like
Everett is not one kind of house. Older neighborhoods near downtown, the port, and the river have tighter lots, crawl spaces, and mechanical rooms sized for older equipment. Mid-century ramblers in Everett and Lynnwood often have original ducts that were fine for a furnace and are marginal once you add real cooling. Marysville, Arlington, and Lake Stevens have more new plats, where the job is designing the system during the build instead of fighting it after occupancy.
That mix is why we do not bid from a map pin. A new construction house in Lake Stevens and a furnace replacement in an Everett rambler are different jobs. So is a Lynnwood remodel that needs ductless for an ADU while the main house keeps ducts.
Climate and equipment that fit here
Snohomish County winters are wet and cool, not a deep freeze. Heat still has to be reliable on the cold weeks, and outdoor equipment has to live with rain, moss, and limited side-yard clearance. Summers are warm enough that cooling is a real request, especially upstairs. A lot of that cooling is delivered by a heat pump rather than a cooling-only air conditioner. Most of Snohomish County is on Snohomish County PUD electric service. Some addresses are Puget Sound Energy. Your bill, not a website, is the source of truth. Rebate rules follow the utility — rebates and incentives.

Do you only install, or do you service existing systems? Both. Install is the core of the business. Maintenance and repair keeps equipment running. Call the shop number; we do not run a separate after-hours brand.
Can you work with my builder on a new house? Yes. That is new construction HVAC. Earlier is better — before the mechanical room is too small and the soffits are already framed.
